Monks is seeking a talented production designer to further their skills in digital asset and content design at our Buenos Aires Office. In this senior‑level role, you will join a dedicated global team in producing top‑quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. Work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors who produce world‑class work across time zones. Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce loads of good‑looking assets at a steady pace. Ensure pixel perfectness; safeguard quality at all times and collaborate with QA testers. Make sure designs adhere to guidelines and remain consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages. Work directly with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design POV. About You / Qualifications Approximately 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch/Figma skills are a bonus. Master the art of silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus. Maintain highly organized files, layers, and folders, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop. Take charge of tasks independently, collaborate with clients, and proactively lead projects. Contribute to different stages of the production process; from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Create balanced and beautiful layouts as second nature. Constantly look for process efficiencies. Handle repetitive tasks and stay focused. Be well‑versed in English, production tricks, and cat videos.
