Overview Join to apply for the Semi Senior Designer (Digital & Print) role at Monks . This position focuses on producing high quality digital and print assets for a world‑recognizable brand. Responsibilities In this role you will specialize in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media and display advertising. You will work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces world‑class work. Key responsibilities include: Designing static visuals across digital and print channels. Producing pixel‑perfect assets while maintaining production speed and quality. Ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions and languages. Collaborating with QA testers to safeguard quality at all times. Contributing to all stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Requirements 3+ years of experience in design. Solid skills in Photoshop, Indesign, Figma and Illustrator (Sketch skills are a plus). Ability to keep files, layers and folders well organized. Experience working with dielines and vendor specs for print projects. Capacity to take charge of tasks independently and supervise other designers where needed. Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and coping with rapid change. Strong process‑efficiency mindset and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
