Freelance Graphic Designer (with InDesign) Join Hogarth , a Global Content Production Company partnered with WPP, to work with some of the world’s leading brands such as Coca Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé, Mondelez and Dyson. Hogarth delivers relevant, engaging and measurable content across all channels and media with a global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts. About the role As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will produce print‑ready designs and mechanicals for our clients. The position requires collaboration with Mechanical Artists, Designers and Project Managers in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, delivering high‑quality work under demanding deadlines. Key responsibilities Work with Studio Project Managers and Senior Mechanical Artists to accurately implement content across a range of mechanicals Maintain meticulous attention to detail and follow instructions precisely Provide multiple layout solutions when necessary Manage a high‑volume workload and complete relevant checklists to ensure quality and accuracy Create and update mechanical templates with new specifications Maintain strict server structure and file organization guidelines, including naming and archiving Perform quality‑control measures on individual and peer work Abide by (and enforce) the client’s strict confidentiality policies Communicate articulately with the team, sharing and documenting any issues or knowledge to ensure accuracy and consistency Contribute to a continuous improvement work philosophy Requirements 5+ years’ experience in mechanical production, printing and technology BA in Graphic Design, Print Media or equivalent Prepress background a plus Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat); working knowledge of Photoshop a plus Proactive in keeping skills up to date and driving self‑improvement Ability to prioritize workload and work both independently and with a team Ability to navigate complex processes and tools Effective time manager, meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal and organisational skills Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, confidential studio environment Adapt easily to shifting priorities/timelines, remain calm under pressure and exhibit exceptional written communication and follow‑up skills Flexibility during high‑volume periods (some longer hours)  Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Production, Art/Creative, and Design Media Production, Broadcast Media Production and Distribution, and Advertising Services Equal Opportunity Employment WPP is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics.
