We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a foundational role focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for brands exploring Breef, helping them understand our value and guiding them toward agency partnerships. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to marketing professionals at brands of all sizes Qualify leads and book meetings for the account management team Personalize outreach using CRM tools and Breef’s internal data Share decks, follow-up materials, and insights to nurture prospects Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Track performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement Contribute to the development of Breef’s sales function and strategy Requirements Must-Haves 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, media, or marketing Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus Passion for marketing, branding, and creative industries Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow and build Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Nice-to-Haves Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms Familiarity with agency-client dynamics Prior success in booking meetings or generating qualified leads Compensation and Benefits Commission structure (Details will be shared later) Remote-first culture with opportunities for advancement Structured onboarding and training (1–2 weeks to ramp up) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
