We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full-time remote role. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, generating leads, following up on potential opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of all communications. The role requires a results-oriented individual capable of managing high-volume customer interactions while ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities Proficiency in setting appointments with attention to detail and organization. Experience with lead generation and effective outreach to prospective clients. Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address inquiries effectively. Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time environment. Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, SMS, and email. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team. Keep lead notes, statuses, and updates accurate in GoHighLevel . Track tasks and internal notes in ClickUp so the team stays aligned. Use scripts as a guide while communicating clearly and professionally. Qualifications 1–2+ years experience as an appointment setter or SDR in funding, credit, financial services, or consultative sales. Daily hands‑on experience using GoHighLevel (pipelines, calendars, notes). Experience using ClickUp or a similar work management tool. Confident and professional on the phone. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Ability to work EST business hours in a remote environment.
