HR Operations Specialist (Time Management, Payroll & Projects) This position is responsible for payroll processes in CONOSUR (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay & Bolivia) and its related legal obligations, as well as managing Time & Attendance across production and administrative sites. The role includes automation, simplification, and digitalization projects supporting Foundations Strategy. Responsibilities Ensure all payroll concepts are up to date in the system and function according to expected process. Manage Time & Attendance inputs, processing, and uploads within payroll system to guarantee accurate calculations. Handle various payroll concepts within GHP for countries across the Cluster (legal discounts, advance payments, awards, allowances, off-cycle increases, etc.). Perform 4-eyes control activities according to global regulations for all items. Serve as key point of contact for employee information requests via Ask HR for Time & Attendance and other payroll/payment items. Ensure Time & Attendance system processing is correct; coordinate with IT consultants for changes and approve changes when needed. Review and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to assure Time and payroll processes are accurate, agile, simplified, and automated. Own IT-related projects to fit Time Management, implementing and adjusting global system solutions or developing new ones as needed. Design and implement time management quality reports, prioritizing self-administration of tools that feed significant data inputs for strategic decision making. Lead automation/simplification projects to improve HR Foundations approach and its impact on customer experience (global tools, local developments, reporting, massive GHP uploads, etc.). Qualifications Graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or Human Resources. Experience in Payroll, Time Management systems, and Administration, preferably with knowledge of local specifics for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. Advanced Excel skills; SAP GHP (HR) / Workday preferable. Automation skills and knowledge of digital solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps). Understanding of HR processes & systems. Digital mindset; leadership, innovation, collaboration skills.
