Main purpose This position is responsible for Payroll processes in CONOSUR (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay & Bolivia) as well as its related legal obligations and internal Bayer premises. Plays key role in managing Time & Attendance among production and administrative sites which implies main payroll insights and crucial administration of collective agreements across the Cluster (7 unions within the region). The role is also responsible for automation, simplification and efficient digitalization projects suppporting Foundations Strategy (Forward) and its associated solutions (Systems). Your mission will be to Ensures all payroll concepts are up to date within the system and its functionality serves to expected process. Manages Time & Attendance inputs, processing and uploads within payroll system to assure its correct calculation (Time & Attendances is the most important insight for monthly payroll). Manages various payroll concepts within GHP for countries across the Cluster (Legal discounts, advance payments, their corresponding discounts, awards, allowances, off‑cycle increases and so on). Performs 4‑eyes control activities according to global regulations of all indicated items. Is key point of contact for employees information requests throughout Ask HR for Time & Attendance among other monthly payroll/payment items. Assures Time & Attendance system correct processing, connects with IT consultants for needed changes and sets the plan for trials, approving changes when needed. Reviews and co‑works interdisciplinary with other team members to assure Time and payroll process are accurate, agile and as simplified and automated as possible. Owns IT related projects to best fit Time Management, implementing and adjusting global System solutions and/or developing or acquiring new ones upon business needs. Designs and implements time management quality reports, prioritizing self‑administration of different tools that feed significant data inputs for strategic decision making. Leads a variety of automation/simplification projects to improve HR Foundations approach and its direct or indirect impact on customer experience (global tools, local developments, reporting, massive GHP uploads, etc). Experience in Payroll, Time Management systems and Administration, preferably with a knowledge of the local specifics for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. Advanced Excel. SAP GHP (HR) / Workday Preferred. Automation skills and knowledge of digital solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps). Understanding of HR processes & systems. Digital mindset / Lead with purpose / Innovation mindset / Collaborate and connect.
