Sr. Specialist. Strategic Sourcing Latam The purpose of the role is to help build and execute Facilities/ HR sourcing strategies for Latam while building collaborative relations with internal clients and suppliers, always having cost savings as a key focus area. This position will ensure consistency in approach and quality and depth of analysis during the sourcing process. It is essential that the sr. sourcing specialist builds and maintains an extensive stakeholder internal network, as well as a solid external market network. Both internal and external relationships are critical for the development and execution of informed, innovative, best in class category plans, aligned with the company’s long‑term goals. Responsibilities Develop trusted relationships with internal client, serving as a business partner to stk. Provide low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers and competitors. Analyze current spend pool and understand the supply base and internal clients’ needs. Build plans and projects accordingly while participating in the development and execution of category strategies. Deliver cost savings and cost avoidance targets. Lead cross‑functional sourcing projects with key internal stakeholders. Develop and lead the RFI/RFP process for various goods and professional services. Analyze bids based on total cost/supply to identify opportunities to achieve optimal value. Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations, as well as helping prepare contracts that ensure optimal post‑award administration. Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement policies and best practices. Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances. Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external/internal relationships. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Background in business/engineering. MBA. 5‑7 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing. Experience in general and administrative commodities (i.e., HR, Facilities Services, etc.) category sourcing. Experience in managing categories and building sourcing strategies. Demonstrated ability to bring diverse stakeholders together and facilitate to achieve a common goal and objective. Understands how to drive incremental value from Facilities and HR that goes beyond pure cost. Skills / key competencies: Strategic Sourcing Management; Collaboration & Partnering, Change Management, Negotiation, Project Management, Strategic Thinking. Strong analytical/project skills, capable of leading and managing an array of initiatives from project initiation thru final presentation. High‑energy, self‑motivated with a desire to excel in a multi‑stakeholder environment. Deliverable‑focused, strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (in English and Spanish).
