Are you a sourcing specialist- buying procurement looking for a new opportunity? :Join our innovative Sourcing & Procurement Team Our Sourcing & Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the Sourcing tenders, buying process and engage in commercial sourcing and Globally Category management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company. :Partner with the best - Ensure compliance to Sourcing & Procurement Process. :- Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery date, payment terms) obtain better pricing and conditions. :- Manage a Supplier relationship. :- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. :- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. :- Work with Material & Planner leaders to develop supply strategies to improve our benefits. :- Work in a Saving project to achieve the Deflations target. :Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will :- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. :- 5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement. :- Knowledge of compliance and ethics. :- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. :- Negotiation and Communication skills. :- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines. :- Be able to handle a request end-to-end. :- Customer services. :- Knowledge in SAP and ARIBA. :- Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel. :- Analytical Skills: ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems. :Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
