Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Working hours: Full Time - 2 office days Salary: USD Overview We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support cross-company strategic and operational initiatives. This role will work closely with senior leadership, including the Co-Founders and C-Level team, to ensure projects run smoothly, metrics are tracked effectively, and strategic priorities are executed. The Chief of Staff will free up leadership capacity by managing operational details while gaining exposure to high-impact projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and support strategic, cross-functional projects such as compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2), system implementations (e.g., Salesforce), and company-wide process improvements. Partner with leadership to develop, track, and report KPIs across departments. Manage day-to-day execution of initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress. Provide structure, follow-up, and accountability in ongoing projects while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic goals. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, helping to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Qualifications 4 years of experience in top-tier consulting or in a business/strategy/finance role at a leading tech, fintech, or corporate environment. Strong business mindset and analytical skills; not required to be highly technical, but must be able to understand and coordinate with technical teams. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, working with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English; able to engage directly with C-level executives. Early-career professionals looking to Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA is not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
