Manager, Business Operations & Customer Service Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, LATAM, as the Manager, Business Operations & Customer Service you will be accountable for all aspects related to LATAM Operations activities. You will manage and oversee a variety of critical business functions in support of the commercial team. Your responsibilities include leading import and export operational readiness and execution for LSSA, ensuring the delivery of SH and NH campaigns, establishing best practices for Demand Management, collaborating with Global Demand Planning on the monthly updating of the three‑year forecast, committing to the final locked campaign plan, and executing plans through to delivery to end customers. You will ensure supply prioritization in line with regional strategy and country market requirements, ensuring each campaign is executed in line with supply and commercial commitments, while prioritizing on‑time supply and customer experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders in Commercial Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and IT to deliver in line with global and regional priorities. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. Customer Service Lead the LATAM commercial cross‑functional team to ensure awareness and immediate remedial action planning to mitigate risk to the supply plan during the campaign due to supply deviations, failures, and change controls. Identify and monitor gaps in supply by tracking and reporting on‑time delivery vs committed supply, generating solutions to mitigate supply issues. Act as Commercial Lead in CCI (Continuous Campaign Improvement) for LATAM, ensuring improvements to demand and campaign management are fully understood and mitigation actions are undertaken to improve customer experience. Ensure flawless communication and activity tracking and monitoring across teams. Documentation Management Lead documentation collection and management. Lead interaction with authorities and stakeholders during the campaign. Define documentation requirements as the operational leader. Drive identification of tenders eligible for the Company portfolio, assuring Company registration in tender authority platforms. Provide authorities with reports on delivery status and updates. Foreign Trade Front person before customs officers across LATAM. End‑to‑end responsibilities for all foreign trade activities of Seqirus LATAM, including defining the operational model, means of transport, inbound logistics service contracts, local conditioning activities and GS1 codification standards. Owner of forwarder and customs broker relationships, including development of commercial contracts. Manage foreign trade activities and relationships with clients and Seqirus sites. Interface with Manufacturing Sites Lead operational model set‑up for each LATAM market. Track and manage local activities from shipment arrival to local batch release to market. Anticipate changes to plans and propose alternative solutions. Coordinate stock reconciliation with the 3PL and Finance. Partner with and provide feedback to the commercial area. Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize local distribution costs. Ensure packaging strategy maximizes flexibility across countries in coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain. Your Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or other business disciplines. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service and/or Commercial Operations. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, vaccines field is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel formulas and pivot tables. SAP skills are preferred. Strong influencing skills to train and challenge senior leaders within each geography/function. Detail oriented and well organized. Experience creating and managing new processes and ensuring compliance through regular review and audit checks. Ability to follow and resolve open points. Highly developed planning, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work collaboratively internally and externally with peers, even in a remote environment. Flexibility to work out of the frame in a collaborative style with the whole team.
