Senior Manager, RBS role at Regal Rexnord Position Summary Provide site leadership with the implementation and application of the Regal Business System. Primary focus is on developing and instilling a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year operational performance improvements. Responsible for leading, influencing, training and progressing the site's maturity of the understanding and effective application of the Regal Business System. Key partnership with the site Plant Manager and leadership team, guiding the team with prioritizing and focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth (SQDCG). The outcome is achieving financial performance that exceeds stakeholder expectations and enables profitable growth. This key site leadership role reports directly to the Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities Support the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to understand current site business objectives and financial targets, develop a vision for future operational/growth needs and implement a plan to achieve those outcomes. Provide subject‑matter expertise across the organization by partnering with functional, business and site leaders to assess current processes, identify process/performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Lead and implement process improvement across the value stream to drive SQDCG measures utilizing lean concepts. Manage a robust Regal Business System review process for selecting, scoping and prioritizing improvement initiatives (e.g., Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, Projects and CI Talent). Coach, mentor, and train site/functional members on continuous improvement methods based on subject‑matter expertise. Develop and implement visual management initiatives and support functions to enhance data‑driven decisions. Lead variable‑cost and capital investment project initiatives and ensure follow‑up on savings and capitalizations. Drive and exemplify culture of continuous improvement across the organization, engaging all levels of the workforce. Develop dashboards and use Power BI to improve data‑driven decisions. Participate in special projects such as transfers, systems implementation, and NPDs. Professional Experience / Qualifications High proficiency in communication and change management, leadership. Strong skills in flexibility, ambition, self‑development, teamwork, cooperation, action orientation, diversity, and willingness to adapt. Required Education / Experience / Skills Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Advanced degree preferred. 5‑10 years of related work experience. Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma (or equivalent). Proactive, self‑motivated, results‑oriented. Travel: Yes. English written and spoken 100%. Business & Financial Acumen.
