Labor and Employee Relations Specialist Argentina Baker Hughes Labor and Employee Relations Specialist, Argentina :Are you passionate about being part of a successful team? :Would you like to be part of the energy industry? :Join our Team Partner with the best Responsibilities Being a lawyer or labor relations expert specializing in L&E and LR laws & regulations, policies & practices as they pertain to employees, including benefits, compensation, and human rights. Specializing and providing guidance and counsel in union negotiations and employee relations matters. Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems. Leading as a project leader of medium size projects or contributing to larger projects, with work goals typically taking 3–6 months to complete and impacts typically realized 2–12 months after the event. Fuel Your Passion Have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labor Relations, or a related field from an accredited institution. Have 2–3 years of experience in labor relations and unions in Argentina. Demonstrate oil and gas industry expertise (preferred). Be fluent in English. Be willing to travel 20%–30% of the time within the country. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
