Lead HR Specialist Labor Relations & HR Solutions Baker Hughes is a leading partner to the energy industry, committed to achieving net‑zero carbon emissions by 2050 and providing better solutions for customers worldwide. Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers, providing leadership, coaching, and support for individual employee needs and HR processes within the HR partnership model. Advise functional managers on projects, processes, and procedures in the field. Handle communication with direct colleagues and business units regarding design and coordination of services rendered, championing two‑way communication with key stakeholders. Contribute to projects as a team member or lead small projects with typical time frames of 3–6 months to complete and impact periods of 2–12 months. Act as champion for digital adoption responsibilities within an HR solutions organizational model. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources). Minimum 3 years of experience in employee human resource management. Experience in labor relations and the oil & gas industry is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership abilities, and ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively. Proven analytical and organizational skills. Experience in HCM strategy implementation and system adoption (Workday, SAP Success Factors, ServiceNow). Desire to build HR skills for the future.
