About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Content Manager to take charge of content planning, production, and optimization for our LATAM Business Unit. If you’re a detail-oriented content professional who loves turning data and ideas into impactful stories — this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our SEO, Editorial, Product, and Business teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and growth across your assigned markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Planning & Execution Plan and manage content production according to editorial calendars and SEO priorities. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities. Create detailed content briefs (keywords, tone, structure) and ensure quality from ideation to publication. Coordinate Writers or Junior Content Managers when applicable, ensuring smooth delivery and quality control. 2. Optimization & Performance Update and optimize existing content to boost SEO performance and user experience. Monitor performance metrics and propose actionable improvements. Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow best practices. 3. Quality & Collaboration Collaborate with Writers, Editors, and Designers to maintain consistency, accuracy, and editorial standards. Support content localization and adaptation for different markets. Share feedback and contribute to content reviews and workflow improvements. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of solid experience in digital content management , ideally in sports, media, or iGaming . Strong understanding of SEO principles and performance-driven content creation. Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with an eye for both detail and strategy. Native-level English (other languages are a plus).
