About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our content engine. You’ll own strategy and execution across all content channels — from our weekly newsletters to client case studies and social storytelling — to help us scale our brand, attract new clients, and engage top talent. What You’ll Do Content Strategy: Build and execute a clear, cohesive content strategy that drives awareness, lead generation, and engagement. Lead Nurturing: Help develop & engage MQL’s through newsletters featuring industry insights, sharing client success stories, and promoting open roles. Website Content: Create and optimize landing pages and blog posts to improve SEO performance and inbound lead flow. Social Media: Manage and grow Constant Hire’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels. PR & Top Of Funnel: Help drive awareness to the brand through content, podcasts, and media features of the brand.. Analytics: Track and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI. Your north star metric will be meetings booked with qualified leads. Who You Are 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B, agency, or recruiting environments. Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp editorial eye. Comfortable managing both strategy and hands‑on execution. Experience with newsletters, SEO content, and social media distribution. Deep understanding of how to repurpose content across formats and channels. Focused on results and how marketing drives revenue for the business.
