Role As a Property Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality marketing and sales materials that showcase luxury vacation properties. You will create engaging content across multiple formats, ensuring a seamless brand experience while driving interest and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling content for websites, social media, property brochures (print and digital), and marketing materials. Manage website content updates to ensure accurate and visually appealing property listings. Create visually engaging documents and guides for vacation property owners. Write high-quality articles for the company’s magazine, providing insights on vacation home ownership and market trends. Maintain and update property databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings. Requirements Degree or relevant training in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Strong eye for aesthetics and experience in creating visually appealing marketing materials. Proficiency in image editing and ideally video editing tools. Interest in real estate, vacation properties, and premium lifestyle marketing. Excellent communication skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in English.
