Content Strategist para Redes Sociales (Videos Virales) en sucursal de Belgrano CABA. Somos el Grupo Desarrollador Inmobiliario Nº1 en Buenos Aires, dedicada a crear viviendas de calidad que impactan positivamente en la vida de miles de personas. Buscamos un Content Strategist para transformar la visión de una figura pública en piezas virales y medibles que conecten con miles de personas. No buscamos a quien edite o grabe, sino a un estratega capaz de convertir una idea en un guion o storyboard listo para ser filmado. Responsabilidades Estrategia y Creación de Contenido: Proponer temas y crear guiones detallados para videos cortos con base en la visión de la marca y las métricas de rendimiento. Análisis e Insights: Investigar tendencias, analizar el desempeño del contenido y usar esa información para optimizar la estrategia y replicar el éxito. Storytelling: Traducir conceptos complejos en ideas simples y atractivas, creando narrativas que cautiven a la audiencia. Colaboración: Trabajar de cerca con nuestro equipo de planners, filmmakers y editores. Requisitos Obsesión por las redes: Entendés el lenguaje, las tendencias y las métricas de cada plataforma. Mentalidad Analítica: Te guías por los datos y buscas replicar el éxito. Rapidez y Proactividad: Tenes excelente redacción y te gusta trabajar en un entorno dinámico y con alto nivel de productividad. Ideal experiencia Demostrable: Contas con un portafolio o proyectos personales que demuestren tu capacidad creativa. Perfil Perfil Analítico, Marketing, Comunicación o Estrategia Comercial. Ideal: Conocimiento en el sector de Real Estate o Desarrollo Inmobiliario. Nivel de senioridad: Mid-Senior level. Tipo de empleo: Full-time.
