Overview We seek a driven, results-oriented Retention Strategist to lead our clients toward sustainable, scalable growth. You will own revenue delivery through retention marketing, using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategy, and ensure consistent performance. Your expertise will cover CTC’s strategic forecasting methods and foundational principles of retention marketing. Key Responsibilities Own retention marketing efforts across email, SMS, direct mail, pop-ups, push notifications, and subscription/lifestyle programs. Build and maintain email forecasts for clients using the Prophet System and Growth Map. Execute, monitor, and adjust campaign tactics to meet projected KPIs. Use data analysis to develop strategic plans, pivot early adopters and recommend resources. Implement best practices—memberships, loyalty programs, pop‑ups, quizzes, cart drawers, post‑purchase upsells, and direct mail—to impact retention metrics. Ensure deliverables are on‑brand, accurately automated, and aligned with business outcomes. Communicate clearly with clients on goals, forecasts, and performance, providing daily updates, weekly Slack reports, and performance dashboards. Contribute learnings back to the system, collaborate across teams, and help drive continuous improvement. Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark rates and execute the Prophet system 100% within required timelines. Qualifications Autodidact – Naturally curious, rapidly absorbs information, welcomes feedback, works independently, and thrives in self‑managed environments. Unimpeachable Character – Honest, candid, self‑aware, and accepts feedback without victim mentality. Competitive Greatness – Delivers under pressure, demonstrates determination, adapts to change, and utilizes creativity to overcome obstacles. Strong communication in English, persuasive client messaging, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. Advanced data analysis capabilities (Google Sheets and other tools). Experience in mathematics, data analytics, copywriting, email/SMS marketing, or related domains. Strategic thinking: logically structured problem solving, practical solutions, and actionable insights. Passion for e‑commerce and desire to impact results. Performance Expectations Achieve training certification and execute the Prophet system to deliver top‑quality results. Consistently exceed retention performance expectations beyond platform limits. Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high performance standards. Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark rates and align forecasts to exceed client expectations. Meet all deadlines and retention requirements; deliver timely and on‑target performance. Contribute valuable ideas and support company‑wide content initiatives. Job Scope & Management Oversee profitable retention channels including email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, push notifications, memberships, loyalty programs, etc. Write briefs and ensure team execution. Generate accurate reports, verify data points, and analyze metrics using Statlas and the Growth Map. Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to create engaging email content while maintaining brand consistency. Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and internal project management for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and best practices to continuously optimize performance. Act as a client‑facing consultant, solving complex business problems beyond platform capabilities. Build relationships with team and clients for long‑term growth. Compensation First 30 days – $1.5K (Part‑time transition phase) Days 31–60 – $3K (Full‑time start) Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses, subject to client volume and quality of work. Career Development Clear performance metrics and promotion path for the first 12 months. Weekly performance dashboards provide transparent comparison to teammates. Transparent pay terms with consistent contract and roadmap for earnings growth. Mentorship and feedback throughout the role with ongoing performance evaluation. Location & Environment Fully remote with flexible schedule. Autonomy, 1:1 feedback, measurable benchmarks, recognition, and weekly check‑ins for accountability.
