JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Business Development Manager - Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS), Latin America Location: Neuquén, Argentina Reports to: Director of Sales, Latin America Travel: Up to 50% across Latin America Relocation: Available if required About NOV NOV (National Oilwell Varco) delivers technology, equipment, and expertise that support the global energy industry. Our products and services cover every stage of the energy lifecycle, from drilling and production to completion and artificial lift. Role Overview You will lead business development efforts to expand the sales of Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS) across Latin America, with a primary focus on Vaca Muerta and secondary markets in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Suriname. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving market penetration, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with both direct end users and distribution partners in the production oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional business development strategies to grow HPS sales and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including operators, EPCs, and distributors. Identify and pursue new project opportunities across the oil and gas production market. Collaborate with internal teams in engineering, service, and operations to develop customer-specific solutions. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support regional sales planning. Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports for leadership. Represent NOV at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across the region. Support contract negotiation and close high‑value commercial agreements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 10-15 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within the production oil and gas industry. Proven background selling or managing Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS) or similar rotating equipment. Established relationships with key operators and distributors in Latin America. Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of surface production equipment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time throughout the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
