Your New Role Reporting to the Employee Connection Supervisor LATAM the Employee Connection Specialist is responsible for providing HR administrative and system related support to employees based in Latam. The position will also be responsible for responding to first level HR queries (either remotely or face to face). Manage and coordinate day to day delivery of services. Your Role Accountabilities Performs HR transactions in Workday Prepares Payroll information Responds to tier 1 employee inquires Performs personnel administration activities, like documents preparation/administration. Executes repeatable processes Onboards/Offboards employees Check position information Supports benefits team, initial response to benefits issues Tracks probation periods Assists with reporting and audit Other general HR administrative work Qualifications & Experience Experience in the general field of HR administrations/operations Fluent in English Bachelor degree´s in correlated areas Experience and knowledge Personnel administration tasks.
