Employee Relations and Policies Specialist Accenture Employee Relations Specialist What challenges are waiting for you The Core ER Team manages complex employee matters working with the North America ER LR and Policy Team including but not limited to performance issues, termination decisions, policy violations, ethics violations, employee complaints and grievances, investigations. Core ER Specialists will coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to MDs. Manage employee life cycle activities such as employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, performance achievement, PIP and associated compensation processes. Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact. What will make you successful Coach employees and line managers in people matters that involve employee relations or labour relations. Provide performance support and coaching for employees and leadership. Handle employee discipline and complaints, inquiry management, absence management issues, performance issues, termination decisions as per North America local law, consulting with NA ER LR and Policy team as appropriate. Support managed departure processes with position elimination business cases, separation cost estimates, preparation with executive and HR for departure notifications, etc. Work with HR, MDs as needed for coordination within entity of employee and leadership to gain agreement on suggested actions recommendations.
