Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Manager for our Rural Health Clinic Care Coordination Department. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour south is Branson, where you'll find family-friendly shows and attractions, Silver Dollar City, and world-class shopping at the Branson Landing A typical day will include: Oversees staff and activities of the Care Coordination Department to ensure compliance with home health and medical home regulations, policies and procedures.
