Drive the Future - Operations (Students Part Time) Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others. In turn they will be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join different teams of the organization, such as Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, among others. The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are at least halfway into their degree, and with an intermediate/advanced level of English, with no previous work experience. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self‑initiated. Requirements Advanced university students (1-1.5 years of study remaining) from Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related careers. Intermediate / Advanced English. No previous work experience. Proactive, creative, curious and self‑initiated. Program length: 18 months maximum. Workload: 19 hours per week available.
