Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización basadas en IA para optimizar procesos internos y externos, reduciendo tareas manuales, mejorando eficiencia, integrando sistemas y colaborando con áreas (ventas, operaciones, soporte, producto) para escalar operaciones inteligentes. Identificar oportunidades de automatización en distintos procesos del negocio (onboarding, CRM, soporte, operaciones). Diseñar y construir workflows inteligentes con herramientas no-code / low-code (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, etc.). Integrar APIs, webhooks y servicios de IA (OpenAI, Claude, modelos LLM, agentes autónomos) para que las automatizaciones sean inteligentes. Prototipar, testear y mejorar soluciones automáticas iterativas, monitoreando su impacto (tiempo ahorrado, errores evitados). Refactorizar automatizaciones existentes para que sean escalables, robustas y mantenibles. Crear documentación clara, guías de uso y capacitar equipos para adoptar las soluciones desarrolladas. Asegurar buenas prácticas de arquitectura, version control y gobernanza en las automatizaciones. Colaborar con equipos de Producto, TI, Operaciones y otros stakeholders para definir requisitos y alinear soluciones. Experiencia y formación: Mínimo 2–3 años (o más, según seniority) diseñando automatizaciones complejas que involucren AI o lógica inteligente. Experiencia previa con plataformas como Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate u otras herramientas de automatización. Conocimientos sólidos de APIs, webhooks, autenticaciones, reglas de negocio, manejo de datos entre sistemas. Conocimiento de modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), agentes autónomos, o haber trabajado integrando estos en flujos de negocio. Habilidades técnicas adicionales deseables: Experiencia con CI/CD, testing automático, control de versiones (Git). Familiaridad con arquitecturas de microservicios, bases de datos (SQL / NoSQL), pipelines de datos. Mentalidad de resolución de problemas, curiosidad y enfoque en mejora continua. Comunicación clara con equipo técnico y no técnico para traducir necesidades en soluciones. Organización, priorización y capacidad de gestionar múltiples iniciativas. Adaptabilidad, ya que las prioridades pueden cambiar y es clave iterar rápido. Nivel mínimo de educación: Universitario (Indistinto) #J-18808-Ljbffr
