Senior QA Automation Engineer – Enterprise Systems & Integrations Overview QuantumByte Technologies is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support quality initiatives across complex enterprise ecosystems, including CRM, eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and cloud-based integrations. This role focuses on ensuring end-to-end quality across critical business workflows such as lead management, quote-to-cash processes, subscription billing, digital commerce journeys, payment processing, and order lifecycle management. The position involves defining and scaling automation and integration testing strategies while collaborating closely with distributed product and engineering teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for enterprise platforms, including CRM and eCommerce solutions. Implement and execute integration and system-level tests across CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and external services. Develop robust API test automation to validate data integrity, synchronization, and reliability between systems. Create and maintain end-to-end test scenarios covering lead generation, quote-to-cash, subscription billing, and order management flows. Perform cross-channel testing of eCommerce customer journeys, including checkout, payments, and order fulfillment. Author and maintain BDD feature files and automation scripts using modern tools and frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Track defects, test execution, and coverage using Jira and established QA processes. Provide actionable insights to improve product quality, automation coverage, and overall testability. Support and mentor other QA engineers, promoting best practices in automation and integration testing. Required Experience 5+ years of experience in QA Automation within complex, integrated systems. Strong background testing CRM, eCommerce, and ERP integrations (experience with Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP is a strong plus). Proven experience designing and executing integration and API tests, including payment and order management systems. Hands‑on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber or similar automation frameworks. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Jira. Experience using SQL and at least one scripting or programming language (Python or Java preferred). Demonstrated ability to validate end-to‑end business workflows across multiple platforms. Strong communication skills and experience working with international or US‑based teams. Ability to work autonomously and contribute proactively in fast‑paced environments. Nice to Have Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform). Previous experience in high‑scale eCommerce or subscription‑based platforms.
