AI Automation Specialist for a USA Client (Remote) Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design and own AI-native systems that scale a high-touch, high-ticket personal transformation business serving Silicon Valley founders, investors, and post-exit entrepreneurs. This role focuses on building AI-first, prompt-driven automations that connect content, conversations, and client experiences into structured systems. You’ll automate workflows such as content repurposing, transcript-based follow-ups, client intake, scheduling, and payments while working closely with the founder in a high-trust, async environment. This is not a traditional engineering role. Success here depends on AI-native thinking, strong prompting, system orchestration, and outcome ownership , not manual coding or task execution. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI-driven automation systems using AI-native platforms. Create transcript-based workflows, including Call recording → transcript generation. AI summaries, insights, and action items. Automated follow-ups and emails. Automate client intake, assessments, scheduling, and facilitator matching. Build follow-up systems (homework reminders, session prep, post-session check-ins). Automate payments, retainers, renewals, and commission tracking. Integrate and orchestrate tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, Fathom , and standard scheduling/payment tools. Act as a high-trust systems partner to the founder—inferring intent, proposing solutions, and owning outcomes. Continuously refine systems based on real-world usage and business growth. Requirements Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Lovable (required). Proven ability to build end-to-end automations that connect multiple tools into a single workflow. Experience creating transcripts → AI → action systems (e.g., summaries, follow-ups, triggered workflows). Strong AI-native prompting skills (prompts > code) and systems thinking. Experience working closely with founders or high-agency operators. Ability to work autonomously , prioritize without detailed instructions, and proactively propose ideas. Comfortable operating async in a high-trust, low-micromanagement environment. Genuine interest in personal development, coaching, or transformational work. No requirement for a traditional software engineering or computer science background. Timezone flexibility (candidates based in LATAM or Indonesia are a strong fit). Commission: 5%+ on new revenue generated through systems you help build. Upside: Significant earning potential tied to business growth and high-ticket clients.
