Responsibilities Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo. Create and optimize customer segmentation and automation flows to drive engagement and retention. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and goals. Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant email marketing and privacy regulations. Requirements 3+ years of experience working with Klaviyo Proven experience managing automated email flows and segmentation strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Nice to Have Experience in email design , including the ability to create visually appealing templates. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization.
