Programmatic, Paid Media (Banco de Talentos) – BA Monks is a global digital agency dedicated to creating next‑generation marketing solutions. This role is a key position on our programmatic team in Buenos Aires. Overview As a programmatic paid media specialist you will advise clients on industry trends, technology solutions and ad spend optimization to generate long‑term value. You will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of social, search, display, video and mobile campaigns. Responsibilities Execute and optimize social, search, display, video and mobile advertising campaigns. Lead client and team relationship management, campaign optimization and media planning. Advisably interpret industry trends and competitive landscape to influence client strategy. Align client needs with Monks solutions, process development and product rollouts. Monitor market performance and contribute to scaling processes that add value to our client base. Required Qualifications Experience implementing paid media campaigns in a tech company or as an end‑advertiser. Proficiency with programmatic platforms such as DV360, CM, or The Trade Desk. Strong consultative approach and business relationship management skills. Innovative thinker who executes ideas and strategies. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Detail‑focused, organized, and able to work autonomously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with search platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Amazon). Knowledge of social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Strong data‑analysis skills; Google Analytics & Data Studio experience.
