Digital Document Services Analyst J.P. Morgan is a leading global investment bank with one of the largest client bases in the world. This role is within the Digital Document Services group – Wholesale Payments line of business. The role requires the candidate to perform account opening / product set up document packages and review and indexing of executed documentation within JPMorgan systems, and to work on regulatory and data migration projects such as client transfers between legal entities. Role Description Identify issues and coordinate with relevant functions internally for prompt resolution of disputed points within set time‑frame parameters. Work with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology to develop an efficient operating framework. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in various locations and global document management teams in India, US and UK. Measure performance on productivity and quality, producing good quality work. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced English language skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Work‑to‑deadline approach. Strong organizational skills. Graduate from Law School, Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
