Location & Format Capital Federal, hybrid modality (3x2), Insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements. Design technical solutions that enable effective integration between modern systems and legacy platforms. Develop and maintain key services, APIs, and integration processes. Collaborate with development teams to define the technical architecture. Utilize AI tools to accelerate coding, documentation, and testing. Perform functional testing and ensure the quality of the implementation. Required Experience & Skills +5 years as a Functional Technical Analyst in complex environments. Proven experience in backend development and integrated solution design. In-depth knowledge of relational databases and data modeling. Experience integrating with legacy systems and modernizing platforms. Familiarity with service-oriented architectures (SOA, Microservices). Knowledge of or interest in AI tools applied to software development. Nice-to-have Skills Analytical thinking and a strong problem-solving orientation. Effective communication with technical teams and business users. Autonomy, proactivity, and a capacity for continuous learning. Strong focus on results and quality.
