Our Sales Operations team is responsible for defining and improving our sales processes and strategies. As Project Manager for the team, you will play a key role in process definition, gathering and analyzing data, and coordinating sales‑related projects. Collaborating with Sales and other internal teams, you will provide fundamental support to our commercial strategy. Challenges and Objectives Develop an understanding of the internal structure of our organization, for both our commercial cycle and internal stakeholders. Maintain an overarching view of our commercial processes and goals, track progress and design processes to support them. Manage multiple projects with different needs simultaneously and properly prioritize them. Day‑to‑Day Activities Track business opportunities as projects: ensure that opportunity‑related activities are completed timely, that procedures are followed, and that information flows as expected. Communicate with stakeholders from your team and others to update on project status and gather information. Analyze current processes, find opportunities for improvement, and design new ones. Produce status reports for ongoing projects. About You Proficient in English. Experience in project management. Excellent communication skills. Proactive, organized, and detail oriented. Adaptable, able to work with shifting priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working in evolving business contexts, with no predefined answers.
