Qualifications Located in Argentina Bachelor’s degree Advanced English Level Minimum 6 years Clinical Research experience, including a minimum 4 years in a lead CRA role or at least 2 years as a CRA Manager or equivalent Knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data Excellent management skills with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in a global environment Direct experience managing Clinical Research Associates is preferred Responsibilities Provide direction and accountability for the operational teams and their delivery at regional and site level Resourcing, line management, training, functional delivery and input on discussions around quality and operational delivery measurements within the Clinical Operations group Conduct regular discussions with direct reports and lead team meetings at regional and manager team level Assist with training for CRA Managers and Associates as required Contact for region in regard to operational questions and escalations Communicate all critical issues, business growth opportunities, and develop key relationships with Director/Senior Director and/or VP Clinical Operations Drive overall delivery at site and regional level to achieve service, client satisfaction, quality and efficiency goals Represent Clinical Operations at Sponsor and internal audits Benefits of Working in ICON Very competitive salary packages benchmarked against competitors Annual bonuses reflecting the delivery of performance goals Health‑related benefits for employees and families, including comprehensive retirement plans and life assurance Environment that encourages fulfillment of sense of purpose and lasting change Real World Late Phase – Clinical Operations Lead TRAVEL SERVICES Job Overview Oversee the delivery of Site Management project tasks, providing advice and guidance to achieve high performance and quality project deliverables.
