Job Description We are seeking an experienced Walmart Seller Specialist to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace seller accounts, creating and optimizing product listings, and ensuring compliance with Walmart’s strict content and attribute requirements. Experience with eBay Seller Hub is preferred but not mandatory. This remote role requires availability during U.S. business hours and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities Create, optimize, and update Walmart Marketplace product listings. Run listing audits and correct errors, violations, and suppressed listings. Ensure all product attributes, compliance rules, GTIN/UPC, and category requirements are met. Upload and edit images according to Walmart standards (cropping, resizing, formatting). Monitor inventory, pricing, buy‑box performance, and seller metrics. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Track performance data and prepare weekly reports. Research competitors and optimize based on insights. Collaborate with the team on sales initiatives and promotions. Optionally monitor and respond to customer messages and feedback depending on internal process. If assigned to eBay, manage listings, categories, variations, audits, pricing, and promotional tools. Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of eCommerce experience. Must provide examples of Walmart listings previously worked on. Strong written English for titles, bullets, descriptions, and SEO content. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Remote‑ready, reliable, and results‑driven. Understanding of Walmart SEO, attributes, keywords, and compliance rules. Experience troubleshooting listing errors, suppressed listings, and backend issues. Familiarity with basic image editing (Canva, Photoshop). Knowledge of Walmart Seller Center reporting (ads, inventory, insights). Familiarity with eCommerce workflows; Amazon experience is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with Walmart advertising campaigns. eBay Seller Hub experience (SEO, listing formats, item specifics, store management). Ability to manage eBay policies (shipping, returns, payments). Understanding of eBay promotional tools and competitor pricing analysis. Additional marketplace experience (Amazon, etc.) is a bonus. Personality Highly detail‑oriented and organized. Proactive and able to independently troubleshoot issues. Results‑driven with strong analytical thinking. Adaptable, reliable, and a strong communicator. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment.
