What You'll Do Connect and solve: Handle player inquiries across chat, email, and phone with genuine care and efficiency Be a problem-solver: Resolve account, purchase, and technical issues while creating positive experiences Collaborate for impact: Work with specialized teams to tackle complex cases and drive improvements Shape our future: Document feedback and identify trends that help us build better products Drive excellence: Meet performance goals while maintaining the human touch that makes us special Grow continuously: Learn new tools and techniques while mentoring teammates You'll Thrive Here If You Have customer support experience (online gambling, or social casino) Communicate with clarity, empathy, and natural problem-solving instincts Enjoy multitasking across systems while maintaining attention to detail Embrace flexible schedules including evenings and weekends Work independently while being a collaborative team player Stay resilient and patient when helping frustrated customers You will need your own office setup with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection that meets the following requirements: PC: Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) – self-provided, OS Version: Windows 10 or higher , RAM: Minimum 8 GB, HDD Space: Minimum 1 GB available Internet: Ethernet/hardline connection with a minimum 10Mbps upload & download speed, backup internet provider for reliability Requirement to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
