Role Overview The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for Search and Social advertising campaigns, including set‑up, optimization, and growth. The role requires building and maintaining a process to efficiently activate, test, optimize, and grow the activity on Search and Social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, among others). Proactive communication across all teams guarantees performance aligned with company goals. Responsibilities Set campaigns and strategies to reach KPIs, using all available tools and resources. Monitor advertising campaigns and define the best strategy to achieve performance goals. Report activity and KPI achievements. Proactively communicate with the client’s team, providing feedback to improve campaign results. Develop or improve processes to become more efficient in launching new campaigns, performing optimizations, and building reports. Requirements Degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Experience setting campaigns on advertising platforms and analyzing data to obtain insights and build reports. Analytical mindset – ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and meet client KPIs. Time‑management and organization skills, with a detail‑oriented, thorough approach. Excellent communication skills. Problem‑solving ability – great at solving unstructured problems in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
