Role’s mission:
The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for Search and Social advertising campaigns, including set up, optimization and growth.
The role requires to build and maintain a process to efficiently activate, test, optimize and grow the activity on Search and Social media platforms (like Google ads, Facebook ads and Tiktok ads, among others). Proactive communication across all the teams to guarantee the performance on the campaigns aligned on the company goals.
Role’s tasks and responsibilities:
- Set campaigns and strategies to reach KPIs, using all the tools and resources available.
- Monitor advertising campaigns and define the best strategy to achieve the performance goals.
- Reporting activity and KPI’s achievements.
- Proactivity and good communication with the Client's team, providing feedback to improve the campaigns results.
- Develop or improve processes to become more efficient on launching new campaigns, doing optimizations and building reports.
Role’s requirements:
- Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Experience in analyzing data, obtaining insights and building reports.
- Experience setting campaigns on advertising platforms.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and to meet client’s KPIs.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Detailed and thorough.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem Solver: great at solving unstructured problems in a fast-paced way.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- This is a hybrid position - Belgrano - Capital Federal.
