Role Description We are looking for a Business Project Manager for Software Development who will be instrumental in managing our project lifecycle and documentation with precision and foresight. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑growing team of talented professionals with a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm. The role is part‑time, 100% remote contract, with potential for a full‑time role in the future. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress, employing industry‑standard tools for meticulous oversight. Oversee project delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget constraints. Initiate and plan software projects with a focus on technical feasibility and strategic vision. Secure and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient allocation and project alignment. Facilitate seamless execution by coordinating with internal teams and external parties. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning project goals. Employ project management tools to accurately measure project performance against key indicators. Conduct comprehensive risk management to anticipate and mitigate potential project issues. Maintain clear and consistent communication with upper management, providing insightful updates and escalations as needed. Create and sustain comprehensive project documentation, reflecting DOIT's commitment to thoroughness and quality. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution. Proficient in Agile and other project management methodologies, evidenced by successful project outcomes. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder management. Proficient in project management software, capable of navigating complex project requirements. Forward‑thinking problem‑solving skills, with an ability to preemptively identify and address potential risks. A relevant bachelor’s degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
