About the job Project Manager/Delivery Manager We are seeking a highly competent and driven Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role offers optional office attendance in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and follows a 9 AM to 6 PM work schedule. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the complete project lifecycle, focusing on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring a top-notch user experience. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project delivery. Project Planning Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and obstacles to guarantee successful outcomes. Agile Methodologies Utilize agile methodologies to ensure iterative and flexible project development, maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance Implement QA processes, ensuring that deliverables meet predefined standards and pass acceptance tests. Lead, mentor, and coach a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that project objectives are clearly understood and achieved. Budget and Resource Allocation Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements. Reporting Generate regular project status reports and final wrap-ups, providing insights into the effectiveness and ROI of each project. Process Improvement Continuously evaluate project management methodologies and tools, recommending improvements or changes where necessary. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in project management: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Project Management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is strongly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams.
