We are seeking a highly competent and driven Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role offers optional office attendance in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and follows a 9 AM to 6 PM work schedule. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the complete project lifecycle, focusing on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring a top-notch user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and obstacles to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Utilize agile methodologies to ensure iterative and flexible project development, maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement QA processes, ensuring that deliverables meet predefined standards and pass acceptance tests.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that project objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Generate regular project status reports and final wrap-ups, providing insights into the effectiveness and ROI of each project.
- Continuously evaluate project management methodologies and tools, recommending improvements or changes where necessary.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Project Management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams.
