En Experis Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo PCM para importante Compañía del rubro de Telecomunicaciones.

Condiciones de contratación:

  • Lugar de trabajo: Microcentro
  • Jornada de trabajo: Full Time, Lunes a Viernes 9-18
  • Modalidad de trabajo: 100% Presencial.
  • Contrato: Bajo relación de dependencia con Experis, por tiempo indeterminado.
  • Salario: A convenir + Prepaga individual + plataforma gratuita de capacitaciones + descuento 45% en Educación IT, 75% en Open English + 20% en instituto de idiomas CUI + 50% Megatlon + Descuentos Cuponstar y supermercados, entre otros.

Conocimientos / Skills técnicos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines.
  • Inglés (Avanzado), (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia en empresas de Telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de RAN, FTTH y gestión de despliegue de hardware de red. Que tenga experiencia en gestión de campo o en la gestión de equipos en trabajos de campo. (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia en el diseño y la supervisión de proyectos y servicios durante todo su proceso, garantizando su preparación, programación, coordinación y supervisión. Especial habilidad para interactuar con clientes internos y externos e interpretar sus requisitos y necesidades.
  • Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas complejos, organización, gestionar múltiples tareas a la vez y tomar decisiones rápidas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e impartir programas de formación personalizados para nuestros socios tecnológicos.
  • Mantenerte actualizado sobre las últimas soluciones, productos y herramientas de red.
  • Brindar feedback técnico y estratégico que impulse el crecimiento y desempeño de los partners.
  • Trabajar con autonomía, creatividad y enfoque en la excelencia
