We are looking for a Project Manager based in Argentina to join our Product & Analytics team.

The person in this role will act as a key link between our product vision and technical execution, while also coordinating the successful delivery of multiple projects and managing communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • As a mid-level Technical Delivery Manager, you will be the owner of the team's delivery process and a servant leader who empowers our developers.

  • You will lead the management of project timelines and estimations by tracking effort estimates (such as story points) and monitoring team capacity, using this information to create realistic delivery timelines and effectively manage expectations.
  • You will act as the team's primary problem-solver, proactively identifying and removing technical, process, or organizational blockers that hinder the development team's progress.
  • You will own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release process end to end, including planning, coordinating with testers, and tracking feedback to ensure features are validated and ready for release.
  • You will drive visibility and communication by maintaining our project and work management system as the single source of truth, ensuring all work is visible and clearly communicating project status, risks, and progress to the team and key stakeholders.
  • You will partner closely with Product Management to translate roadmap objectives into a clear, actionable backlog and delivery plan for the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a role focused on technical delivery, such as a Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master, working directly with software development teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient with modern project management software.
  • Experience translating technical challenges into business risks, coordinating across different teams, and facilitating difficult conversations to get to a solution.
  • Experience coordinating software testing or validation processes (like UAT) to ensure quality.
  • Meet with clients and prospective customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and support the pre-sales process by presenting and aligning the product solution.

Bonus Points

  • Formal experience with the Scrum framework.
  • An Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
  • Experience using Slack integrations to improve team workflows.
  • A background in analytics or a comfort level with data-driven teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp is a significant plus.
