Sales Engineer - Patagonia Company: Xylem Join Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to improving sustainable impact, at this Sales Engineer position based in Patagonia, Argentina (Buenos Aires). This role is part of our global team focused on innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use. Responsibilities Develop and strengthen the market in Southern Argentina, focusing on the mining industry. Expand the territory through high-level in-person interaction. Actively search for new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. Conduct consultative selling, identify opportunities, contact and visit clients, present commercial proposals and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions and excellent service. Required Qualifications Experience in consultative selling and face-to-face client visits. Previous development experience in mining (mandatory). Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel. Strong commercial skills. Residence in Buenos Aires. Desired Qualifications Education: Engineer or related field; Technical electromechanical (secondary) acceptable. Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, data analysis, CRM management (e.g., Salesforce). Knowledge of market and trends in the water industry.
