Minivalve is een snelgroeiend bedrijf met 120 collega’s. In onze fabriek in Oldenzaal maken we precisieklepjes voor allerlei toepassingen, zoals medische apparatuur, auto-industrie en diverse apparaten. Onze producten gaan de hele wereld over en worden gebruikt door klanten zoals Nestlé, Unilever, Philips, Mercedes-Benz en Tesla. Precisie, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid staan bij ons bovenaan. Ter uitbreiding van het sales team in Oldenzaal is Minivalve opzoek naar een gedreven International Sales & Application Engineer. Als Sales & Application Engineer ben je de schakel tussen ons productportfolio en onze klanten. Je bouwt relaties op met nieuwe en bestaande klanten, begrijpt hun uitdagingen, ontwikkelt groeikansen en biedt technische ondersteuning. Jij bent het eerste en belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele, vaak meerjarige, sales traject. Als International Sales & Application Engineer ondersteun je bestaande en nieuwe klanten die bezig zijn met het managen van bestaande, en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe projecten. Je begrijpt wat er speelt bij de klant, en denkt mee en adviseert over de verschillende toepassing van Minivalve klepjes. In een doorsnee dag heb je ‘s ochtends een kennismakingsmeeting met een hightech startup in Italië over een klepje voor een nieuwe hartchirurgie procedure. ‘s Middags bespreek je met een Duitse autobouwer een ontluchtingsklep voor hun nieuwe elektrische auto. Voor je de dag afsluit, heb je nog intern overleg met je Amerikaanse collega over de nieuwe validatie-eisen van een “Shared Account”. Hebben we niet het exacte klepje in ons programma, dan overleg je met collega-engineers over het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe klep oplossing. In deze dynamische functie worden je technische en commerciële skills dagelijks uitgedaagd. Ambieer je dit, dan is dit de perfecte functie voor jou. Wie ben jij? Afgeronde relevante WO-opleiding (of HBO+) Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in B2B sales/accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in de medische of automobiele toeleveringsindustrie Technische opleiding dan wel affiniteit met techniek Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; een derde taal is een pre (Frans, Italiaans, of Chinees) Wat bieden we?
