JOB PURPOSE As Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) you’ll be a member of the school Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for driving student enrolment. You will ensure families receive an exceptional experience throughout the Family Experience Journey—from awareness and consideration, through enrolment, to advocacy. Your role involves forging strong relationships across the school, coaching and developing a commercial, creative, and customer‑orientated team, and serving as an ambassador for the school brand. TEAM STRUCTURE Reporting to: Head of School.Dotted line report to the Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing. JOB DESCRIPTION Planning Work with Senior Leadership and Regional Office colleagues to set the strategic MAC direction, covering admissions, brand, communications, digital, marketing and research. Manage the MAC budget to deliver maximum value. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market, competitors and audiences to give your school a commercial advantage. Oversee data integrity through CRM and compliance with group data rules. Ensure accurate forecasting for upcoming years using available data and maintaining regular contact with pipeline contacts. Stay up‑to‑date with new trends and developments in sales, marketing and communications to drive innovation. Develop the school’s brand positioning to differentiate the offering and drive enrolment. Driving Performance Focus activity on driving enquiries and converting these through to enrolment. Ensure enrolment re‑enrolment numbers are maximised by providing a fantastic in‑school MAC experience to families. Analyse data at your disposal to test and learn from brand, communications, enrolment and marketing activities, using insights to inform decisions. Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage your enrolment pipeline and ensure user adoption across the team. Track team performance through CRM and KPI metrics to identify opportunities. Act as key advisor to the school Senior Leadership Team on market research interpretation (brand equity, parent satisfaction, mystery shop, market share) and guide action plans for whole‑school improvement. Execution Lead the development and execution of best practice throughout the entire Family Experience Journey, collaborating with teachers, administrative staff and other colleagues to ensure a world‑class experience every day. Ensure every family receives a highly personalised visit experience—physically and/or virtually. Ensure a seamless digital experience for families, working closely with regional and central digital colleagues. Recruit and develop a school MAC team, coaching them to deliver the highest standards across all MAC tactics. Put creativity at the heart of MAC activities to develop a successful commercial approach within your market. Ensure all aspects of the school adheres to the visual identity and tone of voice guidelines and key messaging. Building Reputation Be a key voice in defining a distinctive and consistent brand for the school that resonates across target audiences. Lead the development and execution of the school’s brand framework, visual identity and tone of voice across all media. Lead the development of, and compliance with, MAC procedures that align with group policies and local regulatory requirements. Create and oversee improvements in parent, staff and stakeholder communication, and engage in crisis and issue communications to assist the Principal in stakeholder decision‑making. Develop external networks (feeder schools, embassies, agents, etc.) to build awareness and target new enrolment opportunities. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of seven years of demonstrable experience in brand‑building, sales, and/or marketing roles, preferably within service delivery contexts. Proven leadership capabilities, managing and mentoring teams to exceed business objectives. Strong project‑management skills, coordinating resources and leading initiatives to successful implementation. Excellent communication skills, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels. A data‑oriented approach, with experience in data collection, analysis and deriving actionable insights. Skills / Personal Attributes Team‑centric; love being part of a team.
