We build powerful sales and marketing systems, manage podcast and media campaigns, and develop innovative tools for scaling teams and client relationships across multiple industries. Now, we’re looking for our next leader — a Junior Executive who will work directly under our Founder & CEO to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a key leadership position. The Opportunity This is not a typical job. It is a mentorship‑based leadership role for someone who wants to be in the room where ideas are born, strategies are built, and growth happens every day. Working directly alongside the Founder/CEO Helping build and refine the systems, structure, and strategy that drive Spinwheel Sales Learning every facet of business leadership — sales, marketing, operations, client success, and culture Being personally mentored into a future executive role within Spinwheel Who You Are We’re looking for someone who’s hungry, humble, and hands‑on — someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to grow into leadership through real‑world experience. You’re fascinated by sales, marketing, and leadership You’re a strong communicator and natural relationship builder You’re detail‑oriented, accountable, and thrive on structure and process You’re ambitious and eager to take ownership early You love problem‑solving and bring creative ideas to the table You’re comfortable working closely with executives and handling high‑level projects Responsibilities Support the Founder/CEO in day‑to‑day operations and leadership initiatives Help manage internal projects, sales campaigns, and marketing efforts Collaborate with internal teams across Spinwheel Assist, Spinwheel BDC, and Spinwheel Sales Assist in building systems, playbooks, and reports for scaling growth Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making conversations Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights Learn to lead — through mentorship, feedback, and real exposure What You’ll Gain One‑on‑one mentorship from the Founder/CEO Exposure to every side of the business — sales, marketing, AI, operations, leadership Fast‑track development into a leadership or management role The opportunity to shape the next phase of a growing company A high‑performance culture focused on growth, trust, and results Qualifications Excellent English communication and writing skills Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership Detail‑oriented and process‑driven Reliable, consistent, and proactive Comfortable with remote work and digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, project management tools) Prior experience in sales or marketing is helpful but not required — mindset and drive matter most Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
