Consulting Junior Analyst – Communication, Marketing & Business Strategy We are a strategic positioning and digital marketing agency with a growing consulting practice focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses clarify their positioning, strengthen their communication and marketing strategies, and translate insights into scalable digital products and services. Our consulting vertical is expanding and we are looking for a versatile, highly analytical, and articulate Consulting Analyst to support both the design and growth of the consulting practice and the execution of client projects. Role Overview The Consulting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the management team and consultants in the development, execution, and evolution of our consulting offerings. This role combines strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a hands‑on approach to building presentations, methodologies, templates, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly structured, data-driven, and comfortable translating insights into clear, compelling written and visual narratives—particularly in consulting‑style presentations. This is a remote role with exposure to both internal strategic work and direct client interaction. It requires fluency in English and Spanish. Terms & Conditions This is a freelance, part‑time (6 hours per day), contract‑based, fully‑remote job. Remuneration is capped at 600 USD/month. Key Responsibilities Consulting & Client Delivery Support consulting projects from research and analysis through execution and delivery. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights related to communication, marketing, and business strategy. Translate insights into well‑structured consulting deliverables, including decks, reports, and executive summaries. Prepare high‑quality consulting‑style presentations (storyline, visual clarity, and written articulation). Collaborate with senior consultants in client workshops, diagnostics, and strategy sessions. Interact directly with clients when needed, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and next steps. Strategy, Methodologies & Internal Development Support the design, improvement, and scaling of consulting products and services. Develop and document consulting methodologies, frameworks, and processes. Create templates, questionnaires, forms, diagnostic tools, and working documents for client engagements. Contribute to the structuring of digital products based on consulting insights (e.g., toolkits, frameworks, playbooks). Assist management in shaping the evolution and expansion of the consulting practice. Communication, Marketing & Business Focus Analyze how communication and marketing strategies can drive growth for small and medium‑sized businesses. Contribute strategic thinking around positioning, messaging, customer journeys, and go‑to‑market approaches. Help connect marketing and communication strategies with tangible business outcomes. Organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables with a high level of autonomy. Ensure quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery of assigned outputs. Maintain structured documentation and data organization across projects. Requirements Experience & Background Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing consulting, or a similar analytical role. Good experience preparing consulting decks, presentations, reports, and analytical documents. Experience working with data (qualitative and quantitative) and transforming it into insights. Fluency in English and Spanish. Exceptional written and visual communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Highly structured, methodical, and detail‑oriented. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives. Comfort switching between strategic, internal work and tactical, client‑facing execution. Strong time management and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote or equivalent). Nice to Have Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, communication strategy, or business strategy. Familiarity with digital marketing, digital products, or service design. Experience working with SMEs or startups. Exposure to consulting frameworks and structured problem‑solving methodologies. What We Offer Fully remote role.
