We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who is technology-agnostic and comfortable working across a variety of business intelligence and data challenges. The ideal candidate has strong experience with ETL development, data architecture, and designing reporting tools for C-level executives. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver financial and operational dashboards for executive stakeholders. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes. Build and optimize ETL pipelines to consolidate and transform data from multiple sources. Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and testing frameworks. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve BI processes. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in BI analysis or a similar data role. Proven track record developing executive-level reporting solutions. Strong business acumen to interpret and communicate analytical insights. Excellent knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Python or another scripting language. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI , Tableau, or Looker. Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and architecture for analytics platforms. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience applying software engineering best practices (e.g., Git, testing, CI/CD). Knowledge of data science techniques or machine learning models for business optimization.
