Junior Business Development Executive What you will do Prospecting and Lead Generation: Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients; Conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities; Self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments; Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets; Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions; Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients; Develop rapport with key decision‑makers; Translate proposals into ready‑to‑sign contracts; Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients; Customize proposals based on each client’s specific business needs; Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network; Represent our company professionally during in‑person interactions; Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick‑off. Must haves Some sales/client‑facing experience (can also include HR, Recruiting, or other external/internal client‑facing experience); Great charisma, personable, and strong negotiation skills; Extremely self‑motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English; Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities; Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self‑generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth); VISA/ability to travel to the US. Nice to haves Familiarity with CRM tools, like Zoho, for maintaining client activities; Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry; Some understanding of overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US; Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms, and tools; Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy, and training. Senior Account Executive What you will do Driving differentiated go‑to‑market activities across regions/verticals to pursue, manage, and win new business opportunities; Generating demand through online and in‑person outreach to target companies and individuals; Achieving target quota goals within a given territory by selling AgileEngine portfolio of professional services and software development offerings; Driving contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners; Understanding client needs, helping match needs with company expertise, and manage key stakeholders’ expectations in order to ensure their success and happiness with AgileEngine; Represent AgileEngine strategic initiatives and goals with VP+ and C‑level audiences across both AgileEngine and our strategic clients; Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients at the company; Partner with the Client Success and Marketing teams to execute business development strategy and drive new leads; Increase AgileEngine brand awareness with our top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, and more; Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly targets. Must haves A sales leader with a proven track record of closing $1m+ projects in ISV software development/digital services; Experience in partner management, technology sales, business development, and/or consulting/professional services with a history of developing and leading strategic partnerships; Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction; A sound understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US; Excellent communication and presentation skills and advanced English: both verbal and written; Adventurous with a high‑energy, goal‑oriented approach; Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen; Go‑getter and result‑oriented attitude; Willingness to travel to be onsite with clients multiple times a year; Highly independent with natural networking skills and self‑motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities.
