Sales Team Manager at InkAdminJoin InkAdmin as our new Sales Team Manager , where you'll be the driving force behind a growing and highly motivated sales team. In this role, you will inspire and empower our team of Account Executives to help transform tattoo studios into thriving businesses, while also contributing to the development and improvement of our internal processes . InkAdmin partners with tattoo studios and artists to generate new leads and book appointments on their behalf. As our Sales Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our sales team is motivated, equipped with the tools they need to succeed, and operating at the highest levels of performance. You will also play a key role in building and refining operational processes that will support our company’s continued growth and success. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning, self-improvement , and high-energy performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversion rates, improve lead handling, and elevate overall team performance. Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals by hosting regular coaching sessions, workshops, and performance reviews. Monitor team performance through metrics and KPIs, providing guidance and support to those who need additional assistance. Identify gaps in sales techniques and provide tailored training to help your team grow. Serve as the point of escalation for any issues that arise between clients and Account Executives. Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, optimize processes, and implement new initiatives to drive success. Take an active role in building and refining internal processes as the company continues to scale. Be passionate about personal development and encourage your team to pursue growth opportunities. Key Required Skills Proven experience in sales management with a track record of motivating and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to energize, inspire, and guide a team. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that lead to measurable improvements in performance. Passionate about personal development , with a history of implementing self-improvement strategies for yourself and your teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience in setting and analyzing KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Familiarity with the tattoo industry is a huge plus. Tech‑savviness is a MUST: Comfort using sales software, Google Workspace, and project management tools. A positive, energetic, and motivational leadership style. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a sales management role. Proven ability to lead a team to meet or exceed goals in a sales-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Ability to foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Experience in building or improving internal processes is a plus. Strong understanding of high‑ticket sales and customer relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Compensation Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Bonuses: Performance-based bonus structure to reward top-performing teams and managers. Flexible schedule, with the option to work remotely. Opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing startup. Work from home with a flexible 8‑hour schedule.
